What to do if you observe a violation of Irish law or The Code
If you observe a breach of existing Irish legislation (e.g. marketing of infant milk for babies under 6 months) you can report that breach to the Food Safety Authority of Ireland. In some cases, a violation of The Code may not yet be legislated for. BFLGI maintain a watching brief on such issues. You can Log a violation of the Code you may observe via our website, or if you wish to query further regarding a potential breach you can email BFLGI info@bflgireland.ie.
